Besides, Payal has been actively contributing to the retail industry academically, as well. She has been a visting faculty to a couple of renowned academic institutes of retail management, taking up subjects like Fundamentals of Retail, Retail Merchandising and Retail Promotions for post graduate programmes.
During her experiences in industry as well as academics, Payal realized that the most critical asset in retail is, no doubt, the human resource.
