- Match candidates to suitable vacancies and share shortlisted profiles with employer-clients.
- Communicate about interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
Who we share with
- We do not sell or rent personal data. Information is shared only with:
- Employer-clients (after candidate consent).
- Government authorities if legally required.
Storage & security
- Files are stored on secure Google Drive folders with role-based access.
- Password policies and device-level encryption are enforced internally.
- Candidate records are purged 12 months after last activity unless you ask us to retain or delete sooner.
Your choices
- Access / Rectify – Email us to view or correct your data.
- Erase – Request deletion; we will comply unless retention is legally required.
