We provide recruitment, talent-development, and related HR consulting (“Services”). All Services are described for general information and may change without notice.

No placement
guarantee

While we strive to secure suitable roles for candidates, we do not guarantee employment or interview selection.

User obligations

Provide accurate, lawful information only.
Do not upload malicious code or violate any third-party rights.
You are responsible for keeping your own device and network secure.

Fees & payment

Clients (employer-companies) are billed under a separate Service Agreement. The Site itself collects no online payments.

Intellectual property

Except for user-submitted résumés, all content, logos, and graphics are the property of VSquare Consultants. You may not reuse them without written consent.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold VSquare Consultants harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Termination

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts located in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
